WHAT TO EXPECT
1 Arriving at out offices near 6 Point Road, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff for check-in.
2 From here you will be harnessed up, briefed and shuttled up to the starting platform at the top of the cliffs (located alongside the sports field).
3 As if the heart rate wasn’t already high enough, we’ll be standing on the platform for the final briefing and to overlook the trip you’re about to take.
4 Then it’s your turn to get clipped in and sent down the cable for an experience you won’t soon forget! We’ll leave the rest up to you but we can assure you that you will be grinning from ear to ear at the end of the ride.
5 At the end of your experience, our guides will greet you at the bottom platform with a cheer before helping off of the line and unharnessing you.
You’re free to watch the next people from your group come down the cable or taking a relaxed dip in the tidal inlet below the deck.
WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS?
Age: 8 and up
Weight: Max 120kg (265lbs)
Height: 1,9m (6,23 ft)
Long hair, braids, and dreadlocks: You will not be permitted to participate if your hair can not be secured safely.
Alcohol: Please do not arrive intoxicated as you need to be totally aware and alert – we will cancel your booking and you will not be refunded.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
This is a pretty fast zipline so we suggest wearing closed and comfy clothing that can be secured (no loose, flapping clothes or dresses, please!).
No loose items, hair or jewellery are permitted for safety reasons and we supply a hairnet for flowing locks. Please bring a hair tie with to secure your hair.
WHAT ABOUT THE WEATHER?
Weather conditions are unpredictable. Strong winds and sometimes rain affects the optimal operation at the zipline.
In these circumstances, the lead guide may make a decision to impose some weight restrictions or temporarily close the line.
If you are so affected, we will attempt to reschedule your zip for later the same day or the next day, and if this is not suitable, we will issue you with a voucher valid for one year (excluding peak periods).
These decisions are made for safety and well-being of our clients.
